The CMM Management Team
The directors of CMM recognise the importance of having experienced people in the right positions within the organisation.
Below is a synopsis for each member of the CMM management team as at June 1st 2007. Reassuringly CMM's board members have an average of 18 years industry experience and 13 years experience at CMM.
Eamonn Hamilton

Eamonn has been the Managing Director of CMM for the last 6 years. After graduating from the University of Exeter in 1995 he took on a marketing and sales role at Haymarket publishing in London. Maintaining a directorial role in The WGT Group of Companies during this period his experience and knowledge of the industry is extensive. Having joined the business travel division of the company in 1997, he has worked in different companies within the group from the tour-operating arm of the business to the C & IT market place.
John Slater

Having joined the company in 1989, John worked in the business travel arm from 1989 to 1999. He has considerable experience in arranging business travel and has an extensive network of contacts within the airline industry. Qualified in computer reservation systems John offers in-house flight expertise to our clients. He has worked in the conference and incentive business since 1999.
Alex Wells

Having graduated from The University of Exeter, Alex joined the business travel division in early 1997 as an Account Manager. He was soon promoted to Senior Account Director, handling the major business travel accounts in the London office. After gaining this experience Alex moved over to the conference and incentive travel division in June 2000 and now handles some of the key accounts at CMM, specialising in the financial services, telecommunications and energy company sectors.

As the founder of WGT Group, Eamonn Snr. has been instrumental in creating the concept of a travel company that could fulfil the specific needs of corporate group travel, focusing on conferences and incentive travel. He has experience in all areas of travel including business, sports, leisure and retail as well as conference and incentive travel.
Alison Marshall

Alison graduated from Manchester University in 1991 and began working as a tour leader for Cotswold Travel. She then moved to Festive holidays organising trips to Europe. In 1995 Alison moved to American Adventures where she specialised in organising group travel to the U.S.A. In undertaking a variety of roles overseas Alison has gained considerable knowledge of the USA, as well as other destinations. In November 2000, she joined CMM bringing a wealth of industry knowledge to the business. Alison now focuses on corporate group travel clients and the project management of major events.
Priyanka Taylor

Priyanka graduated from Gloucester University in 1997 and began working at Paramount hotels. Career progression saw Priyanka leave Paramount hotels to become a regional sales manager after Sodhexo prestige which was followed by a move to Manchester's first five star hotel, the Lowry, in the position of manager of C and IT sales. Priyanka now account handles some of CMM’s largest accounts in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry sectors.
